- Wednesday: Competitive Sparring Techniques (dodging, blocking, spacing), Taekwondo cardio/endurance training.
- Thursday: Planning to open soon!!
- Friday: Basic hand and kicking techniques, flexibility, strength, conditioning, self-defence, team building and poomsae. (Kickboxing every fortnight)
- Saturday: Competitive Sparring Techniques (dodging, blocking, spacing), Taekwondo cardio/endurance training. *Advanced classes with professional styles of Taekwondo from Korean instructor (Poomsae, Kyorugi and Demonstration kicking)
- Sunday: No Training
