Teens Class

Our Teens class is designed specifically for high school-aged students. These classes focus on improving fitness, flexibility, and strength while boosting confidence and helping to reduce stress levels.

Classes focus on the following points:

Each class begins with a full warm-up and stretching session, followed by a cool-down at the end of training. This helps prevent injury while improving and maintaining flexibility. These skills also translate to other sports, helping students avoid injury in different physical activities.

Our dedicated instructors provide personalized attention to each student, ensuring that everyone receives the support they need. New students also receive specialized classes to help them master the basics and build a solid foundation in Taekwondo.

Beyond the physical benefits, our Teens classes offer valuable social opportunities. Students have the chance to form strong friendships with peers in a supportive, non-pressured environment. While Taekwondo is an individual sport, students engage with one another to share techniques and participate in team exercises, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.

Adult Class

Our Adult classes are specifically designed to meet the needs of adult students. These classes focus on developing endurance, core strength, cardiovascular health, flexibility, balance, and Taekwondo techniques.

Each class begins with a thorough warm-up and stretching session to help prevent injuries. The curriculum is structured to suit the learning needs of adult students, and with a team of instructors in each class, we ensure that every student receives personal attention when needed. New students also benefit from specialized classes to help them master the basics and build a strong foundation.

In our Adult classes, students learn Taekwondo patterns, techniques, sparring, self-defence, and fitness. Many students find these classes to be a great way to relieve stress from work and daily life. The physical nature of the classes provides an effective outlet for frustration, while also promoting improved fitness and overall health. Many of our adult students experience weight loss and muscle toning due to the physical demands of Taekwondo.

Our Adult classes are open to all skill levels, from beginners to Black Belts and beyond. Regardless of your fitness level or experience, we offer classes that suit your needs, including self-defence training to complement your martial arts practice.
